What are your drop off and pick up times?
- Mon, Tues, Thu, Fri, Sat: Drop off (Check-In) time is 8am-3:30p and Pickup time is 12noon.
- Wednesday: Drop off (Check-In) is 8am – 11:30am and Pickup is before we close at noon.
- Sunday Drop off (Check-In) is 1pm – 3:30pm. Pickup time is 1:30pm
Pickups after the pickup time on the same day are charged a late checkout fee of $35
Do I need to bring food for my dog?
Please bring your dog’s food. We do not want to change their diet if at all possible. We are capable of handling things that need to be frozen, refrigerated, microwaved, mixed, etc.
If food has to be provided by the resort, it is $5 per meal.
Please note: Don’t worry about bringing bowls unless it is a specific slow feeder. We have large/small and raised bowls and slow feeders here at the resort.
Do I need to bring bedding for my dog?
Don’t worry about bringing bedding for your dog. The entire resort is outfitted with raised beds, pads and blankets to suit any dog’s needs.
Can I bring toys for my dog?
It is okay to bring a toy or two.
Can you administer medication for my dog?
The resort will give medications at $1 per dose.
What is your vaccination policy?
We require that all dogs are up to date on these vaccinations before they can be dropped off at the resort. Proof of vaccination must be from a licensed veterinarian. We cannot accept do-it-yourself receipts.

What can I expect when I check in my dog at Pupstate Pet Resort?
- We will verify the vaccination records are up to date
- We will put on one of our slip-leads and take off all collars/harnesses, etc
- We will check in you dog’s luggage and food and review meal and any medication requirements
- You can make your desired selections for nail trim and extra activities and sign the entry form.
What if my pet has fleas?
We cannot accept pets with fleas for any of our services as it puts the other guests at risk. We are not set up to provide flea mitigation or prevention services. Flea baths are not a preventative. Please handle this with your vet before bringing your pet to Pupstate Pet Resort. In our experience, we see the only effective flea prevention results coming from internal treatments vs collars or topicals.
