What vaccinations are required for cat boarding?
All cats are required to be current on their vaccinations prior to their stay. Please bring documentation on your cat’s first visit or have your vet send records ahead of your arrival.
What should I bring for my cat's boarding stay?
We recommend bringing your cat’s regular food to keep their diet consistent and minimize stomach upset. A familiar blanket or toy from home can also help your cat feel more settled. Please label all belongings clearly with your cat’s name.
How far in advance should I book cat boarding?
We recommend booking at least one to two weeks ahead for regular stays and four to six weeks in advance for holiday weekends. Reservations can be made through our online booking portal or by calling 864-299-0540.
Do you offer cat boarding on weekends and holidays?
Yes. We are open seven days a week. On major holidays the resort is open from 4PM to 5PM for pre-arranged pickup only. Holiday weeks carry a 10% surcharge on all suite rates.
How will my cat be cared for during their stay?
Your cat will have access to their private space, fresh food and water, and daily interaction with our staff. The Cattery’s private playroom gives them room to move, explore, and stay active throughout their stay.
Can I board multiple cats together?
Yes. Cats from the same household are welcome to share a space. Contact us when booking to make sure we accommodate your cats comfortably together.
